Olivier Martens is lid van onze Corporate and M&A praktijkgroep.

Olivier is vooral actief op het vlak van vennootschapsrecht en staat cliënten bij in fusies en overnames, joint ventures, bedrijfsherstructureringen en andere algemene vennootschapszaken, zowel op nationaal als internationaal niveau.

Opleiding

Olivier heeft een master in rechten van de Universiteit Antwerpen en volgt momenteel een Master-na-Master in Vennootschapsrecht aan de KULeuven en een LL.M. Internationale Arbitrage aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.
