Olivier Martens est membre de notre département Corporate and M&A.

Olivier pratique le droit des sociétés et assiste les clients dans le cadre de fusions et acquisition, joint ventures, restructurations d’entreprises et d’autres questions générales relatives aux sociétés, aussi bien au niveau international que national.

Education

Olivier a obtenu son master de droit à l'Universiteit Antwerpen et poursuit actuellement un Post-Master en Corporate Law à la KULeuven et un LL.M. International Arbitration à l’Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.
