Olivier Martens is a member of our Corporate and M&A practice.

Olivier mainly deals with corporate law and assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company restructuring and other general corporate matters at both international and domestic levels.

Education

Olivier holds a master’s degree in law from the Universiteit Antwerpen and is currently pursuing a Post-Master in Corporate Law at the KULeuven and a LL.M. International Arbitration at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.
