Clotilde is lid van onze praktijkgroep Mededingingsrecht, Sectorale regelgeving en Buitenlandse Investeringen.

Clotilde is gespecialiseerd in mededingingsrecht in al zijn facetten (antitrust, controle op concentraties, BDI), met een bijzondere aandacht voor de gereguleerde sectoren, zoals retail, sport, transport en telecommunicatie. Ze staat Belgische en internationale cliënten bij in juridische procedures voor nationale en Europese rechtbanken en mededingingsautoriteiten.

Voordat ze Strelia vervoegde, werkte Clotilde bij grote Franse en Amerikaanse advocatenkantoren in Brussel.

Opleiding

Clotilde behaalde een master in Internationaal Handelsrecht aan de Universiteit van Montpellier in 2017. Ze heeft ook aanvullende universitaire diploma's behaald in Verbintenissenrecht en Binnenlandse en Internationale Procesvoering. Daarnaast heeft ze een jaar in Londen gewerkt bij een internationaal advocatenkantoor gespecialiseerd in Private Enforcement.

Toelating

Clotilde is lid van de balie van Parijs en staat op de E-lijst van de balie van Brussel.
