Clotilde est membre du département Droit de la concurrence, Régulation sectorielle et Investissements Étrangers.

Clotilde exerce dans toutes les matières du droit de la concurrence (antitrust, contrôle des concentrations, FDI) avec un intérêt particulier pour les secteurs réglementés tels que le retail, le sport, les transports et les télécommunications. Elle assiste une clientèle belge et internationale dans des procédures judiciaires devant les tribunaux nationaux et européens, ainsi que devant les autorités de la concurrence.

Avant de rejoindre Strelia, Clotilde a travaillé dans de grands cabinets français et américain à Bruxelles.

Formation

Clotilde est diplômée de l’Université de Montpellier (Master 2 en Droit du Commerce International, Diplômes Universitaires de Droit des Obligations et Domestic and International Litigation). Elle a également travaillé un an à Londres dans un cabinet international spécialisé en Private Enforcement.

Admission

Clotilde est membre du barreau de Paris et elle est inscrite sur la liste E du barreau de Bruxelles.
