Clotilde is a member of the Competition law, Regulatory & Foreign Investment practice.

Clotilde is active in all areas of competition law (antitrust, merger control, FDI) with a particular focus on regulated sectors, such as retail, sport, transport and telecommunications. She assists Belgian and international clients in legal proceedings before national and European courts and competition authorities.

Before joining Strelia, Clotilde worked in big French and American law firms in Brussels.

Education

Clotilde holds a master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Montpellier. She also completed additional university degrees in Law of Obligations and Domestic and International Litigation. She spent one year in London, working in an international law firm specialised in Private Enforcement.

Admission

Clotilde is a member of the Paris Bar and she is registered on the E-list of the Brussels Bar.
