Yassine Laghmiche is lid van onze Vastgoed en Administratief recht praktijkgroep.

Yassine Laghmiche legt zich voornamelijk toe op vastgoed- en administratief recht. Hij is gespecialiseerd in de aankoop en verkoop van vastgoed en in ontwikkelings- en bouwprojecten (met inbegrip van openbare infrastructuur). Yassine heeft ook expertise in administratief recht, in het bijzonder overheidsopdrachten, concessies, publiek-private samenwerkingen, stedenbouw en milieu. Hij staat zowel particuliere ondernemingen als overheidsinstanties bij.

Yassine was gastdocent voor de cursus Aansprakelijkheid van de overheid aan de Haute École Francisco Ferrer in Brussel.

Opleiding

Yassine behaalde in 2016 zijn diploma in de rechten aan de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB).

Toelating

Yassine werd toegelaten tot de balie van Brussel in 2016.
