Yassine Laghmiche est membre de notre département de Droit immobilier et administratif.

Les domaines d’expertise de Yassine couvrent les acquisitions et transactions immobilières, les projets de développement et de construction (y compris les infrastructures publiques).

Yassine intervient régulièrement dans la résolution de litiges immobiliers (construction, recouvrement de créances impayées, expertise, responsabilité, baux de toute espèce, urbanisme, environnement et pollution de sols, négociation et rédaction de contrat immobiliers, attribution et exécution de marchés public, etc.).

Yassine est également spécialisé en droit administratif, avec un intérêt particulier pour les marchés publics, les concessions, les partenariats public-privé. Il assiste tant des entreprises privées que des autorités publiques.

Il a été conférencier invité pour le cours de responsabilité des autorités publiques à la Haute École Francisco Ferrer de Bruxelles.

Formation

Yassine a obtenu son diplôme en droit à l'Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) en 2016.

Admission

Yassine a été admis au barreau de Bruxelles en 2016.
