Sébastien Ryelandt is vennoot in onze praktijkgroep geschillenbeslechting.

Hij heeft meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in geschillen en arbitrages, in het bijzonder in bankgeschillen, waaronder aansprakelijkheidsclaims voor vermogensbeheer, geschillen over kredietfaciliteitovereenkomsten en over bankgaranties op het eerste verzoek, en strafrechtelijke procedures (witteboordencriminaliteit). Hij behandelt ook algemene commerciële geschillen.

Opleiding

Sébastien Ryelandt behaalde een diploma in de rechten aan de Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven) in 1990 en een Gespecialiseerde licentie in fiscaal recht aan de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 1991.
