Sébastien est associé au sein de notre département Règlement des litiges.

Il possède plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le contentieux et l’arbitrage, en particulier en contentieux bancaire, y compris en matière de responsabilité liée à la gestion d’actifs, de litiges relatifs à des facilités de crédit et de garanties bancaires à la première demande, ainsi que de procédures pénales (criminalité en col blanc). Il traite également les litiges commerciaux généraux.


Formation

Sébastien Ryelandt a obtenu son diplôme de droit de la Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven) en 1990 et une Licence spéciale en Droit fiscal de l’Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) en 1991.

Admission

Sébastien Ryelandt a été admis au Barreau de Bruxelles en 1991.
