Nellie Meunier is lid van onze praktijkgroep Geschillenbeslechting.

Nellie begon haar carrière als advocaat in 2021. Voordat ze Strelia in 2023 vervoegde, werkte ze voor de Corporate afdeling van een Belgisch advocatenkantoor.

Nellie richt zich voornamelijk op commerciële en vennootschapsrechtelijke geschillen in nationale en internationale zaken. Haar praktijk omvat contractenrecht, post M&A-geschillen, alsook franchise- en distributierecht. Bovendien heeft ze een bijzondere interesse in internationale arbitrage. 

Opleiding

Nellie heeft een bachelor in rechten en een master in economisch recht van de Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Ze behaalde ook een LL.M. in International Business Law aan dezelfde universiteit. Tijdens haar studies heeft ze bovendien de kans gehad om op Erasmus te gaan aan de Universiteit van Oslo.

Nellie is sinds 2021 lid van de Brusselse balie.
