Nellie Meunier est membre de notre pratique Règlement des litiges.

Nellie a commencé sa carrière d'avocate en 2021. Avant de rejoindre Strelia en 2023, elle travaillait au sein du département Corporate d'un cabinet d'avocats belge.

Nellie se spécialise dans la résolution de litiges commerciaux. Sa pratique englobe le droit des contrats, les litiges post-fusion-acquisition, ainsi que le droit de la franchise et de la distribution. Elle a également un grand intérêt pour l'arbitrage international. 

Education

Nellie a obtenu son bachelier de droit et son master en droit économique à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Elle également réalisé un LL.M. en droit international des affaires, toujours dans la même université. Elle a également eu la chance de partir en Erasmus à Oslo dans le cadre de ses études.

Admission

Nellie a été admise au barreau de Bruxelles en 2021.
