Etienne de Crépy is vennoot in onze Corporate and M&A praktijkgroep in Luxemburg.

Zijn voornaamste focus ligt op het opzetten en onderhandelen van private equity projecten, fusies en overnames, partnerschappen en herstructureringen, en het vennootschapsrecht in het algemeen. Etienne adviseert ook cliënten over hun financiering (hypotheek, vermogen, gesyndiceerde leningen, obligaties, bankbiljetten ...), uitgifte van schuldbewijzen, securitisatietransacties en hun regelgevende aspecten, en professionals uit de financiële sector. Tenslotte is hij ook actief op het gebied van burgerlijk recht, ondernemingsrecht en distributierecht.

Etiennes belangrijkste drijfveer is cliënten bij te staan bij hun volledige project van het begin tot het einde en deel te nemen aan hun strategische besluitvorming bij elke stap. Hij geniet erkenning voor zijn pragmatische en rationele aanpak.

Opleiding

Etienne de Crépy studeerde in 1993 af aan het IEP - Sciences-Po Paris. Hij heeft ook in 2000 een LL. M. behaald in European Business Law aan de London School of Economics.
