Etienne is a partner in our Corporate and M&A practice in Luxembourg.
His main focus is setting up and negotiating private equity projects, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and restructuring and general corporate law. Etienne also advises clients on their financing (mortgage, estate, syndicated loans, bonds, notes, etc.), issuance of debt securities, securitisation transactions and their regulatory aspects as well as advising professionals in the financial sector. He is also active in civil and commercial law and distribution law.
Etienne’s key motivation is assisting clients with their entire project from start to finish, taking part in their strategic decision-making at every step. He is acknowledged for his pragmatic and rational approach.
Education
Etienne graduated from IEP – Sciences-Po Paris in 1993. He also holds an LL.M. in European Business Law from the London School of Economics, obtained in 2000.
Admissions
Etienne was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999. He has also been a member of the Luxemburg Bar since 2013.
