Julie Lo Bue est Counsel au sein de notre département Corporate and M&A.

Julie concentre sa pratique sur les opérations de fusions et acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity et venture capital. Elle est régulièrement consultée par des clients nationaux et internationaux afin de fournir des conseils dans le cadre de transactions multi-juridictionnelles et transfrontalières dans une grande variété de secteurs. En plus de sa pratique transactionnelle, Julie assiste régulièrement des clients en matière de gouvernance d'entreprise et de droit des sociétés en général. 

Formation 

Julie a obtenu son diplôme en droit à l'Université de Liège en 2012 et a étudié à l'Université de Glasgow (Écosse) dans le cadre du programme d'échange Erasmus. Elle a également obtenu un LL.M. en droit international des affaires à la London School of Economics and Political Science en 2013.

Admission

Julie a été admise au barreau de Bruxelles en mars 2014.
