Julie Lo Bue is a partner in our Corporate and M&A practice.

Julie’s expertise spans M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. She regularly advises both national and international clients on complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. She has gained extensive experience and is particularly active in the energy and retail sectors. In addition to her transactional practice, Julie regularly advises clients with respect to corporate governance and general corporate law matters.

Education

Julie obtained her law degree from the University of Liège in 2012 and studied at the University of Glasgow (Scotland) in the framework of the Erasmus exchange programme. She also obtained a LL.M. in international business law from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2013.

Admission

Julie was admitted to the Brussels Bar in March 2014.
