for our Brussels Office
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are immediately available;
- You have experience as executive assistant in a law firm and you are familiar with the activities and markets of a business law firm;
- You have a perfect knowledge of the IT online office tools such as Office Pack;
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
- You are highly organised and understand the importance of deadlines;
- You possess strong sense of service and confidentiality as well as rigorous;

- You have between 3 to 5 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer.
- You hold a Belgian master’s in law (with excellent university grades). An LL.M. from an English or American university is a plus.
- French-speaker, with an excellent command of the other national language and English.
- You are a team player and have the necessary drive and talent to work in a professional environment where the group atmosphere is key.
- You are passionate about Corporate law and M&A and you have excellent research and legal skills.

- You hold a Belgian master’s in law (with excellent university grades). An LL.M. from an English or American university is a plus.
- You have experience (4-6 years) as a dispute resolution lawyer in a reputable business law firm.
- You have an in-depth knowledge of insolvency law or at least a firm willingness to specialise in it. You will work principally in restructuring and insolvency law matters.

A Corporate Support Advisor
to join our Corporate Legal Team in our Brussels Office
As a Corporate support advisor, you will support our corporate lawyers by creating and maintaining essential documents related to their activities. You will be rafting essential corporate documents, such as legal documentation for annual accounts and other routine corporate matters. You will manage deadlines for various files, ensuring adherence to procedures for publications at the Commercial Register (BCE / KBO). Additionally, you will update the UBO Register in compliance with legal requirements and take charge of coordinating and cooperating on due diligence processes, including reviewing and compiling reports. Your efforts will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the corporate legal team.
Your profile
- You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in law
- English-speaker with good knowledge of Dutch or French
- Preferably you also have a good knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience in another law firm is desirable
- You work accurately and you have a good sense of organization to meet every deadline
- You know how to work under tight deadlines and pressure
- You are eager to learn, flexible and a real team player

A Billing Assistant
for our Brussels Office
As a Billing Assistant, you will be managing and analyzing the financial aspects of client files in collaboration with partners and General Management (Finance Department). You will ensure the accuracy of financial information before issuing invoices, comply with rules and deadlines during the invoice validation process, and prepare invoices according to applicable financial agreements while gathering all necessary billing information. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing credit notes when appropriate, following up on outstanding invoices, and preparing payment reminders in coordination with General Management. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance, contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.
Your profile:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a first experience in an administration or finance department
- You are analytical and detail-oriented
- Data processing skills are an asset
- You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch
- You possess strong technical MS office skills, especially Excel
- You are an organized, flexible, and results oriented team player
