Laure Bersou is lid van onze praktijkgroep Mededingingsrecht, Sectorale regelgeving en Buitenlandse Investeringen.

Laure is actief in alle domeinen van het mededingingsrecht, zowel in het Belgische recht als in het recht van de Europese Unie. Laure heeft specifieke ervaring verworven in geschillen voor de Belgische en de Europese autoriteiten en rechtbanken. Zij staat ook marktspelers bij in zaken betreffende kartels, misbruik van machtspositie en staatssteun. Haar belangrijkste expertisedomeinen zijn mededingingsrecht en staatssteun, netwerkindustrieën en geschillenbeslechting in het Belgisch recht en het recht van de Europese Unie.

Opleiding

Laure behaalde een diploma in de rechten, UCLouvain (2007), een LL.M. in Europees recht, Instituut voor Europese Studies, ULB, (2008) en een LL.M. in Europese juridische studies, Europacollege, Brugge (2009).

Toelating

Laure Bersou is sinds 2013 lid van de Brusselse balie.
