Iris Quevy is lid van onze Vastgoed en Administratief recht praktijkgroep.

Iris is gespecialiseerd in verschillende aspecten van vastgoed- en administratief recht, waarbij ze haar expertise heeft opgebouwd tijdens haar studie en diverse stages. Haar expertise omvat alle aspecten van vastgoedtransacties, zoals het vestigen van rechten op vastgoed, bouw- en milieuvergunningen evenals geschillenbeslechting binnen dit vakgebied.

Daarnaast heeft ze uitgebreide ervaring met overheidsopdrachten en verstrekt ze advies aan zowel particuliere als publieke cliënten over alle relevante aspecten ervan.

Iris heeft bovendien een sterke interesse voor Europees recht en is ze sinds 2022 lid van het redactiecomité van de "Journal de Droit Européen.".

Opleiding

Iris behaalde in 2021 haar Master in Europees en Internationaal Recht aan de Vrij Universiteit van Brussel. Haar academische loopbaan werd voltooid in 2023 met het behalen van een Master of Laws in Europees recht aan de Institut d’Etudes Européene de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).
