The percentage of female partners at Strelia is increasing. We have promoted 3 women in 2021. This improvement in gender balance does not stop at partner level. Indeed, among the new associates that Strelia welcomed last year, most of them are women. Globally, we are a well-balanced law firm.

To support the International Women’s Day 2022 Strelia wanted to give women a voice. The last few days, we shared with you very interesting testimonies with several of them. Today, an internal breakfast panel discussion has been held between female colleagues (lawyers and staff members) regarding recurrent topics (work/life balance, pregnancy and maternity leave, career, …).
