The article is entitled « Le document d’information précontractuelle simplifié simplifie-t-il vraiment la vie des franchiseurs ? - Maakt het vereenvoudigd precontractueel informatiedocument het leven van de franchisegevers echt eenvoudiger? ».

The practical consequences of the legal obligation to provide a simplified pre-contractual information document are examined and assessed in the light of the franchisor-franchisee relationship.
