Su-Yi Leung Wing Cheung est membre de notre pratique Règlement des litiges.

Su-Yi exerce ses activités dans les domaines du contentieux commercial, de l’arbitrage international et des modes alternatifs de règlement des litiges dans des secteurs variés, tels que les litiges post-M&A, le secteur bancaire, la distribution commerciale et la franchise. Outre sa pratique en matière de résolution des différends, Su-Yi conseille régulièrement les clients du cabinet sur diverses questions du droit des affaires et du droit commercial. 

Su-Yi a commencé sa carrière d’avocate en 2018. Avant de rejoindre Strelia en 2021, Su-Yi était avocate au sein du département de résolution des litiges d’un cabinet d’avocats belge situé à Bruxelles.

Formation

Su-Yi a obtenu son master en droit à l’Université catholique de Louvain en 2016, avec une spécialisation en droit européen. Elle a participé au programme d’échange Mercator à l’Université du Québec à Montréal en 2016. Elle a également obtenu un LL.M. en International Dispute Resolution au King’s College London en 2017.

Admission
