Strelia assisted IQ-EQ, an Astorg portfolio company, in its acquisition of ComplianceAsia, a compliance consulting firm in Asia Pacific and Lymon Pte Ltd, a company that provides regulatory compliance services for financial institutions in Singapore.
These acquisitions will enable IQ-EQ to strengthen its presence in the regulatory compliance business.
