Simon Bizimana is a member of our Corporate and M&A practice.

Simon mainly deals with corporate law and assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company restructuring and other general corporate matters at both international and domestic levels.

Education

Simon holds a master’s degree in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain (2023) and a LL.M. European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg (2024).

Admission

Simon was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2024.
