Sarah De Deyn is a member of our Corporate and M&A practice.

Sarah mainly deals with corporate law and assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company restructuring and other general corporate matters at both international and domestic levels.

Education

Sarah obtained a master’s degree in law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL) in 2023 and she recently completed a LL.M. International Business Law (2024) at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Admission

Sarah was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2024.
