Maria Fernanda Ninahualpa is a junior corporate support advisor in the Brussels office.

Her experience ranges from advising governmental institutions regarding contracts, agreements, negotiations as well as supporting judges in the development of case law. In addition, she has worked advising non-profit organizations and supporting lawyers in law firms.

She provides assistance to corporate clients and works alongside the Strelia corporate team. She assists clients in a variety of corporate housekeeping matters, such as incorporations, dissolutions, dividend declarations, account approvals, director changes etc. She also coordinates domestic and cross border corporate and transaction projects.
