On December 2nd, Strelia’s Employment Team (Stefanie Tack, Marnix De Greve and Louise-Marie Lieben) had the privilege of attending an Employment Law Retreat hosted by Rutgers & Posch in Amsterdam.

Key Highlights:

• Marnix and Claire Huijts delivered an insightful presentation on “The Retention of Personnel,” exploring strategies to keep top talent and the importance of building lasting employee relationships.
• Louise-Marie and Ilaha Muhseni gave an engaging talk comparing “Employee vs. Self-Employed Status,” diving into the risks and complexities of reclassification in the current legal landscape.
• The visit also included a tour of Rutgers & Posch's new offices.
• Team Building & Networking: after the sessions, the team enjoyed an authentic Amsterdam experience with some classic borrelen at a cozy local café, followed by a delightful dinner. A perfect blend of professional development and relaxation!
