Last Thursday, as part of the collaboration between the IBJ-IJE (Instituut voor bedrijfsjuristen - Institut des juristes d'entreprise) and Strelia, Julie Lo Bue (Counsel) and Céderic Devroey (Senior Associate) from our Corporate and M&A Department organized a webinar on the topic of “Navigating Sustainability under Corporate Law”. 

During this webinar, they discussed the global trend in expanding corporate objectives to embrace sustainability. They highlighted current and future company obligations towards sustainability and gave insights into the tools existing under Belgian Corporate Law to promote sustainability.
