Join Pierre Goffinet for a seminar in Lausanne about the ongoing negotiations between Switzerland and the EU on an electricity agreement.

On 27 March 2024, Pierre Goffinet, partner in our Competition Law and Regulatory practice, will be a speaker at the seminar organised in Lausanne by the Association des entreprises électriques suisses AES.

This will be an opportunity for the various speakers (Christophe Rapin (Kellerhals Carrard), Michel Petite (Clifford Chance) and Claire Froitzheim (CMA)) to present the possible scenarios and their consequences for the Swiss energy sector. Pierre's presentation will focus on the "régulation européenne de l’énergie en pratique pour les entreprises suisses".
