The head of our dispute resolution department, Jean-Pierre Fierens and associate Cyro Vangoidsenhoven, together with Siegfried Omanukwue, have recently published a chapter on the European Convention on International Commercial Arbitration in the Liber Amicorum of Denis Philippe.

The contribution provides arbitration practitioners with guidance on the scope of application of the European Convention, in which stages of the arbitration proceedings it can come into play and what practical use its provisions still serve.
